COVID-19 Update for NBS Clients & Partners

As Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to present a major concern, as the president of National Benefit Services (NBS), I wanted to let you know that our entire team remains committed to supporting you and your business during this difficult time. As we continue to closely monitor the situation, follow guidance from WHO, CDC, regional, state, and local authorities we want to provide you with an update on our operations.   NBS has a robust business continuity plan, relying on options such as working remotely, limiting travel, and leveraging our multiple office locations as needed.

NBS's highest priority is the health and safety of our personnel, clients, vendors, partners and community.  Effective 3/13/2020 we have implemented a companywide telecommuting policy, shutting down our physical office locations.  In lieu of travel, we will leverage technology and other collaboration tools available for engaging in virtual meetings.

If you need to visit us in person, an appointment will need to be made prior to your arrival to ensure a member of our staff will be physically present in the building. Please contact us at (801) 532-4000 to make an appointment or to be put in contact with your representative.

The decision to enact our business continuity plans and processes was made to:
  1. Create a safe work environment for all NBS employees
  2. Continue to serve our customers and partners with the highest standards
  3. Do our part to prevent the spread of the virus
I would like to emphasize that while our employees will be working remotely, we will maintain business as usual and you should experience no impact to the services provided.  Thank you for trusting us with your business, and please reach out to your NBS team with any questions.
