NBS Earns Trust Through Successful Completion of SOC 1 and SOC 2 Audits

NBS is proud to announce that we have successfully completed our SOC 1 and SOC 2 audits for the 2023 calendar year. These audits, conducted by the independent CPA firm Tanner, LLC, demonstrate our commitment to accountability and integrity, two of our core values.

The SOC 1 audit focuses on controls relevant to our clients’ financial audits, while the SOC 2 audit provides assurance that our controls meet the AICPA’s trust criteria for security and system availability. Both audits are Type 2, meaning that they demonstrate that our controls were in place and effective throughout the year.

In 2021, the U.S. Department of Labor issued cybersecurity guidance for plan sponsors, fiduciaries, participants, and record keepers. Our SOC audits show that NBS meets, and in many cases exceeds, the DOL’s recommendations. For more information, follow this link.
